Brat Spring Special - 5 pkgs @10% discountGrower: Round Mountain Farm
Price: $0.00 ( 5 Packages of 4 Brats (10% discount) )Available (Exact): 2
Each package has 4 lamb brats and about one pound
Grilled or fried. Our favorite is in a pocket with chopped onion (red onion is our choice) and mustard. The tough decision is French or German mustard.
Compared to most buns, the bread in the pocket is just right rather than eating mostly bun. Also the pocket holds in the onion.
Another option is to add homemade sauerkraut. The market has several growers with cabbage.
