Fat Top Farm is a Certified Naturally Grown mushroom farm in beautiful Farmington Arkansas, just north of the Illinois River. From the ground up we have built our mushroom growing operation to become the premier gourmet and exotic mushroom supplier for Northwest Arkansas. Each day we harvest multiple types of nutritious mushrooms to provide the absolute freshest mushrooms possible. Cooking is another passion of ours so we make mushroom jerky, broth, powder and umami salt with them in cooperation with the Arkansas Food Innovation Center at the U of A.
