Gina's Salsa - HotGrower: Roberts Family Farm
Price: $6.00 ( 1 pint/16 oz. )Available (Exact): 12
My husband Lynn and I make our Salsa at the University of Arkansas Innovation Center (the kitchen.) We have been making it there since August 2013 We make Hot, Medium & Mild. All ingredients are exactly the same in all three types of salsa except for the type of pepper. We use Serrano Peppers for Hot, Jalapeno Peppers for Medium and Poblano Peppers for Mild. At times we have changed the pepper per request with case purchase, but we normally stick to the above peppers.
It is a chunky salsa with a great flavor. I use it in several dishes, Chili, Cheese dip, Taco, Taco Salad, Eggs breakfast burritos, slow cooker chicken taco, pot roast and many more dishes. There is not a day that it is not used even if it just eating it straight out of the jar with a spoon.
